Help after handover
Give your normal safety handover, then show customers where they can replay the instructions.
Built for campervan hire companies
You’ve shown them the bed, fridge and heater. A few hours later, they need a reminder. Give customers short how-to videos made for your van, opened by tapping or scanning a printed tag inside it.

A visual introduction with campervan imagery, designed to watch without sound.
A customer asks how the bed works after their handover. An illustrated phone opens a guide from a tag in the van, then shows real footage of the CVC guide and bed tutorial. GSD Lab films and edits the instructions, creates the mobile page and supplies four printed NFC tags. The package is £995 total for one vehicle setup and up to eight videos, with no VAT added. Additional tags are £10 each. Email [email protected] to talk to Shaun. These guides support the normal safety handover.
The problem
They've got the keys. They're excited to set off. Then comes the fridge, pop top, electrics, heater, gas, awning and everything else they need to remember.
By the time they need that information, the handover was hours or days ago. Your team gets a call, or a customer guesses and risks damaging something.
The video handover puts the answer in the van. No manual to hunt for and no long webpage to scroll through.
Give your normal safety handover, then show customers where they can replay the instructions.
Give renters a place to check everyday operating steps before they need to ask your team.
Show how the actual equipment works, using instructions checked and approved by your team.
Helpful, branded support stays with the customer for their whole trip.
The complete package
I plan, film and edit up to eight guides, build the mobile-friendly video page and supply four printed NFC tags with a QR code backup. You get one simple system that’s ready for customers to use.
Choose up to eight tasks for your van
Additional tags are £10 each for the same approved guide. Matching vans can reuse the videos after an equipment check. New videos and different layouts are quoted separately.
Clear scope, no surprises
What’s included: a planning call, one filming day of up to seven hours at one Lancashire location, up to eight edited guides of up to two minutes each, captions, one mobile page, four printed NFC tags with QR backup and one consolidated revision round.
Hosting: the first 12 months are included. Keeping the existing page and links hosted after that is £99 a year, with no automatic renewal. Content updates and new filming are quoted separately. We can also discuss using your own hosting.
Delivery: first review targeted within 10 working days of filming, subject to receiving your inputs. A 50% booking payment secures the date, with the balance after approval and before final delivery. We agree the full scope, mounting and any postage or installation costs before booking.
Your part: provide a clean, working van and someone who knows the equipment. Your team checks the instructions against the fitted equipment and manufacturer guidance before the videos go live.
On the road: the videos support your normal safety handover. Watching online needs an internet connection. Customers can tap with a compatible phone, scan the QR code or use the guide link you send before departure.
How it works
We go through your normal handover and agree what each video needs to cover.
I spend one day at your Lancashire premises filming the agreed tasks on your actual vehicle. Your team demonstrates and approves the operating steps.
The edited, captioned guides are organised on one clear mobile page. You get one consolidated revision round and the finished MP4 files.
We agree a visible mounting position and test the tag on the fitted surface. Customers tap with a compatible phone or scan the QR code to open the guide.
